We are currently seeking a skilled inside sales representative that is a hard worker and wants to build a career in software and IT solution sales. Industry experience and contacts is preferred but not required.

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Expertise in an inside sales role
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in outbound cold calling
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, competitive and a self-starter
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely on the phone
• Ability to identify prospect needs and quickly recognize buying signals
• Strong closing skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal skills
• Superior writing skills, excellent problem solving ability and detail orientation
• History of quota attainment
• Experience speaking with executive level decision makers 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
• Ability to utilize Social medial tools such as LinkedIn to identify, research, and contact appropriate prospects and secure the business
• Ability to utilize sales and marketing strategies to build a pipeline and a referral network
• Ability to maintain a high contact volume and a healthy pipeline
• Knowledge of CRM automation software is a plus
