From the old PC, we are going to launch Swimage.

From the start menu, click “My Computer”
Right-click on the Swimage USB drive, and click “Open”
Navigate to Swimage-Self-Deploy
Right Click, and Select “Run as Administrator”
You will get the Swimage Menu
Select Option 2, “Migrate to a new computer”
Hit “Continue”

The process to transfer will kick off as soon as soon as the New PC is ready, usually about an hour and twenty minutes, depending on how much data there is to transfer.
