2. Create WinPE Boot Media
Instructions:
1. Create Base Boot WIM
Log on to the Swimage Console as a member of the Swimage Admins group
Click on the “Global Settings” tab
Select “Boot Wim Creator”
Enter the Swimage Server URL in the Authentication Pop-up window
“Current user Credentials” can be used if the currently logged on credentials are a member of the Swimage Admins group. Otherwise click “Alternate credentials” and enter details for a user in the Swimage Admins group.
Select which architecture to rebuild (32 or 64 bit)
Click “Create” to start the Boot WIM build process. (Repeat for both 32 and 64 bit)
Click “Exit” when both Boot WIMs have been built
NOTE: Boot WIMs are automatically created when Swimage is installed. The Boot Wims will only need to be recreated after a new version of the Windows ADK is installed on the server.
NOTE: Once the boot WIMs are created, all WinPE media will need to be recreated to include the new Boot WIM.
