DBA Swimage and its subsidiaries (“Swimage”, “LogicDS”, “we”, or “us”) handle personal information. This Statement applies to any Swimage website, application, product, software, or service that links to it (collectively, our “Services”). Not all of the personal information Swimage holds about you will always come directly from you. Account setup and administration: We use personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and potentially information about your technical environment to set up and administer your account, provide technical and customer support and training and to send important account, subscription, and Service information.

Swimage does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Swimage shares or discloses personal information when necessary to provide Services or conduct our business operations as described below. Recruitment: If you register with Swimage or one of our Recruitment Partners in order to apply for employment, your personal information, including any sensitive personal information you provide, will be made available to appropriate people in the appropriate part of Swimage in order to consider your application.

Tracking User Behavior

Swimage may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Swimage, in order to determine what Swimage services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Swimage to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Swimage. Personal Information Retention

In determining data retention periods, Swimage takes into consideration local laws, contractual obligations, and the expectations and requirements of our customers. When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or destroy it.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

Children Under Thirteen

Swimage does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

From time to time, Swimage may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
